1:1 match of $2,000. Annual allocations from this Endowment will provide scholarships to students enrolled within the College of Engineering and Mines without regard to financial need. Selection will be based on the following criteria: 1) recipient(s) must be a female junior or senior engineering student in good academic standing (approximately a 3.0 GPA or higher), 2) recipient(s) must actively participate in engineering extracurricular activities with preference given to members of the UND Student Section of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). Selection shall be made by the College of Engineering and Mines scholarship committee with written recommendation by the UND SWE advisor(s) without regard to financial need.

International Internships for Native Americans – Your help is needed!
The College of Engineering & Mines and Steve Martin, BSME ’93, CEO of KS Energy Africa, have partnered together to offer an experience of a lifetime for Native American engineering students with summer internships in Africa and Turkey. This opportunity will allow students to gain invaluable industry experience and international cultural exposure while learning about the latest evolution of technology for power plant development and operation.
